The Real Cure is a Dorset-based brand crafting artisanal British charcuterie using traditional curing methods and sustainably-sourced British meat. ABOUT THE MAKER

The Real Cure began in 2014 in the Dorset countryside, founded by James Smart, who wanted to craft artisanal British charcuterie using wild and free-range meats. Specialising in slow-cured meats, they focus on traditional techniques and locally-sourced ingredients. Their mission is to celebrate British charcuterie while supporting sustainable farming and ethical sourcing.
