The Real Cure is a Dorset-based brand crafting artisanal British charcuterie using traditional curing methods and sustainably-sourced British meat. The Dinner Party charcuterie box contains a selection of cured meats that are ideal for hosting and sharing with friends: the sliced packs make it quick and easy to put together a ‘no cook’ starter or nibbles, and the snacking salamis are a real crowd pleaser.
- Sliced Wild Venison Pepperoni: Smoky with a spicy hit of heat, the caraway seeds give a subtle aniseed flavour to finish to this 36-hour oak-smoked wild British venison pepperoni.
- Sliced Dorset Bresaola: A delicately cured British grass-fed beef silverside, seasoned with a blend of aromatic herbs and washed in red wine for a rich, earthy flavour and tender texture. Serve over fresh salad with arugula and Parmesan, or with olives and crusty bread on a charcuterie board.
- Sliced Hartgrove Coppa: Premium cured meat made from free-range British pork collar, dry cured in a gentle blend of herbs and spices, and air dried for three months for a tender texture and rich, savoury flavour with a hint of natural sweetness. Use in place of Parma ham.

ABOUT THE MAKER
The Real Cure began in 2014 in the Dorset countryside, founded by James Smart, who wanted to craft artisanal British charcuterie using wild and free-range meats. Specialising in slow-cured meats, they focus on traditional techniques and locally-sourced ingredients. Their mission is to celebrate British charcuterie while supporting sustainable farming and ethical sourcing.
