DELLI is the place to discover independent food and drink products.

DELLI brings together carefully curated makers in one place, so you can discover new favourites, explore collections, and learn the stories behind the products. When you are ready to buy, you will be directed to the maker’s own website to check out, and the maker will fulfil your order directly.

This is a change compared to how DELLI worked before, when we also fulfilled all orders. This shift allows DELLI to support more independent makers, invest in better tools and infrastructure behind the scenes, and keep improving discovery for customers. That said, we will continue investing in simpler and better ways to navigate and shop from the best independent food and drink out there.

Below you will find answers to the most common questions about how DELLI works now, what has changed, and what to expect going forward.

WHY is DELLI changing?

Why is DELLI moving away from central fulfilment?

From the start, DELLI has been about backing independent makers — and making it easy for customers to discover brilliant products from real people.

As we’ve grown, we’ve had to take a hard look at how to support more makers, better. Running a single central fulfilment model limited how many makers we can bring on, and how much we can invest in building long-term infrastructure for the independent maker economy.

From 1 January 2026, we’re stepping away from central warehousing and shipping so we can focus on what DELLI does best: curation, discovery, and building the platform infrastructure that helps makers grow.

Is DELLI still involved in my purchase?

DELLI remains the place where you discover makers and products on delli.market. What’s changing is checkout and fulfilment — you’ll purchase directly from the maker via their own website.

HOW will shopping work?

Can I still browse products on DELLI?

Yes. Makers will still have their profiles, stories, and products live on delli.market, and we’ll continue curating and recommending favourites.

How do I place an order from 1 January 2026?

From 1 January 2026, when you click “buy”, you’ll be redirected to the maker’s own website to check out. The maker will then fulfil and ship your order.

Why am I redirected to another website?

Because your order will be handled directly by the maker — including payment, fulfilment, and delivery — through their own checkout.

Existing & Past Orders

What happens to orders I place between now and 31 December 2025?

Any orders placed on DELLI up to and including 31 December 2025 will be fulfilled as normal, and DELLI remains responsible for those orders.

What happens to orders I placed in the past?

Past orders will still exist — but they won’t appear in the new Discovery Hub, because from January onwards checkout will happen directly with makers (through their own systems rather than DELLI’s).

Can I see my past orders?

Past orders won’t appear in the new Discovery Hub. If you need an order confirmation, receipt, or help locating an old order, email us at support@delli.market and we’ll help.

Giftcards

Can I still use my DELLI gift card?

No, DELLI gift cards can no longer be redeemed. As part of our transition to directing all purchases to makers’ own websites, giftcards can no longer be used.

What should I do if I still have balance on my gift card?

Please request your refund by 31 January 2026.

Just email us at support@delli.market and include your gift card code. We’ll refund the remaining balance to the original payment method (refunds can only be issued this way).

This refund option is only available for requests submitted by 31 January 2026. Requesting your refund by this date allows us to review and process it while we still have access to our legacy systems. After 31 January, those systems will be phased out and we won’t be able to process refunds through this pathway.

If you’ve already submitted a request, you’re all set — no further action is needed

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
  • For orders placed from 1 January 2026 onwards: please contact the maker directly (they’re handling payment, fulfilment, and shipping).
  • For orders placed up to 31 December 2025, or for DELLI platform questions: contact support@delli.market.

The App

What’s happening to the DELLI app?

The DELLI app will be phased out. You can still discover makers and browse products anytime on DELLI.com / DELLI.market — the website isn’t going anywhere.

DELLI is the place for retailers to discover and order from independent food and drink makers.

DELLI brings together a carefully curated selection of makers in one place, making it easy to discover new brands, explore products, and order from independent producers you can trust. Every maker has a dedicated profile, clear product information, and transparent pricing, all in a single, easy to use platform.

You can browse and check out directly on DELLI. From January onwards, orders are fulfilled by makers themselves or their chosen fulfilment partners, with deliveries arriving maker by maker. Payments and platform support are handled by DELLI, so you can focus on sourcing great products.

Below you will find answers to the most common questions about how DELLI works for retailers, what to expect when ordering, and how we support you.

WHY is DELLI changing?

Why is DELLI moving away from central fulfilment?

DELLI exists to connect retailers with exceptional independent makers — and to make that discovery scalable over time.

As the platform has grown, a single central fulfilment model has limited how many makers we can support and how much infrastructure we can build for the long term. By stepping away from warehousing and shipping, we can bring more makers onto DELLI, invest in better discovery tools, and continue improving the buying experience for retailers.

This change allows us to grow the marketplace without compromising on curation or quality.

HOW does ordering work?

Can I still order through DELLI?

Yes. Retailers will continue to browse, order, and check out directly on DELLI.

  • Your retailer account stays the same
  • Maker profiles, products, and curation remain central
  • You’ll continue to place orders via DELLI checkout
  • DELLI will continue to process payments and provide support
Can I see my past orders?

Yes. Your past orders, invoices, and account history remain accessible in your DELLI account.

What happens to orders placed before the change?

All orders placed up to and including 31 December 2025 will be fulfilled as normal through the current system. DELLI remains responsible for those orders.

HOW does delivery work?

How will delivery work from January 2026?

From January 2026, orders placed on DELLI will be fulfilled directly by each maker (or their chosen fulfilment partner), rather than shipped from a single central warehouse.

This means:

  • You’ll receive separate deliveries per maker, rather than one consolidated shipment
  • The delivery timeline and provider will depend by maker
Will I need to manage more supplier relationships?

You’ll see deliveries by maker, but DELLI remains your single ordering and payment interface. This change increases the number of makers you can buy from — while keeping most of the operational convenience you’re used to.

Are delivery costs different?

Delivery costs will be set by the maker and shown clearly at checkout on their website.

Will I receive multiple deliveries?

Yes. Because each maker fulfils their own orders, deliveries will arrive separately.

We know this is a change. The upside is that it allows DELLI to support many more makers and products — and we’ll continue investing in better coordination and infrastructure over time to make this as smooth as possible.

Will delivery costs change?

Delivery costs are set by individual makers and shown clearly at checkout.

DELLI exists to help independent food and drink makers spend less time on admin and more time doing what they do best: making great products.

Running an independent business comes with a lot of invisible work. Orders coming in from everywhere, messages to keep track of, stock questions, invoices to chase. It adds up quickly and pulls time and energy away from actually creating.

We’re building DELLI to be a practical companion for makers — a platform that takes some of that weight off your shoulders.

From January 2026, DELLI is focused on three connected things:

Discovery Hub

Your presence on delli.market, where buyers and retailers discover your products, learn your story, and find the right way to order from you.

Order Hub

One place to manage orders from across your channels. Emails, messages, wholesale requests and online orders come together so nothing gets missed and you spend less time jumping between systems.

Payments Hub

Tools to make getting paid simpler and faster, without chasing invoices or managing it all manually. This is coming later in 2026.

How does DELLI work?

What is DELLI for makers?

DELLI helps independent food and drink makers get discovered, sell more easily, and spend less time on admin.

Today, DELLI connects you with customers and retailers through discovery on delli.market. Going forward, we’re also building tools to help you manage orders and payments more simply behind the scenes.

DELLI is no longer a warehousing or fulfilment service. You stay in control of fulfilment, pricing, and customer relationships.

How does selling on DELLI work today?
  • Your profile and products stay live on delli.market, so consumers and retailers can discover you, learn your story, and explore your range.

  • Consumers are redirected to your own website to complete their purchase directly with you.

  • You choose whether your range is available for wholesale on DELLI.

  • Retailers place wholesale orders through DELLI, and when an order comes in, you fulfil it directly from your own setup.

  • For wholesale, you control your shipping, pricing, and fulfilment process, we simply pass the order to you.

DELLI focuses on discovery and connection, not holding or shipping stock.

Do I still need to warehouse stock with DELLI?

No. DELLI does not store, pack, or ship stock.

All fulfilment is handled by you or your chosen fulfilment partner.

Who handles payments?

This depends on the order flow:

  • For direct-to-consumer orders, checkout will happen on your own website
  • For wholesale and future DELLI tools, payments will be supported through DELLI infrastructure

Can I see my past orders?

Yes. Your past orders, invoices, and account history remain accessible in your DELLI account.
