Gringle's is an old-school nickname that stuck. Sam Grainger has been a chef for 15 years. His first restaurant Belzan opened seven years ago, and he now operates on six sites across Manchester and Liverpool. Madre a Mexican restaurant, Belzan and the new Medlock canteen are diner-bistro hybrids. Sam has always been a huge aficionado of hot sauces, and Gringle's first two sauces are on at two of his restaurants. They are sauces with a difference, using restaurant techniques and ingredients he's discovered over years of cheffing.
