A traditional Spanish-style, spicy, smoked paprika-flavoured chorizo, but with the addition of delicious local Somerset cider, to bring a flavour of the West Country to this classic ingredient.
The tang developed during the fermentation process, with the sweetness of the cider, coupled with a mild heat from chilli and the smoky paprika make this a unique and delicious take on a traditional chorizo.
It's perfect for adding umami depth in homecooked Spanish dishes, pasta and rice dishes.
