Sauce Shop make their small-batch sauces in Nottingham from ingredients found at home. This fiery chilli jam has been created in collaboration with chef James Cochran. It combines scotch bonnet peppers, red chillies, and tomato for full-on heat and flavour. Dollop alongside fried chicken or shrimp.
