Shedletsky's

Shedletsky's make hot sauces, kimchi, pickles and krauts from their East London base. They are committed to creating the most delicious pantry staples, by respecting classic techniques, using the freshest produce around, and designing their innovative and exciting recipes for modern cooks.

You could say that feeding people runs in the family. During the 1920s, Shedletsky's founder James' great grandfather, Sam Shedletsky, used to supply London's East End with the best produce available, from his kosher butcher in London's East End. 

One hundred years later, after getting hooked on pickling and fermenting following one kimchi-making session, James founded Shedletsky's, and named the business in honour of his great grandad and his butchers' shop.
