To craft this green sauce, Shedletsky's first ferment green chillies to bring them to life and add extra flavour. Then the chillies are balanced out with zingy lime, fresh apple and garlic, to create a truly unique hot sauce.
Slather it liberally over nachos, drizzle over pizza, or use it to cut through grilled fish and meat.
