This is Shedletsky's signature, award-winning hot sauce, with hints of smoke and fermented funk.
The base for the sauce is made from Shedletsky's house-smoked red chillies, which are then carefully rounded out with roasted tomato and garlic. This sauace brings smoke, tang and heat.
Use this to bring depth of flavour to your home cooking. It goes with anything from meat and fish, burgers, pizza and hot dogs to soups and even Bloody Marys.
