OCELOT CHOCOLATE, SEA-SALT DARK CHOCOLATE:
A smooth, rich, organic dark chocolate made with beans grown in Virunga National Park, Eastern Congo. The fruity, smoky flavours of this chocolate are beautifully lifted by a salty-sweet kick of hand-harvested sea salt from Scotland.
DUDU EATS, DUDU MASTER CHILLI OIL:
A labour of love from a Chinese mother-daughter chef duo, crafted to be the ultimate chilli oil for any dish. Gently slow-cooked, it results in a deeply fragrant oil packed with garlic, double shallots, chunky roasted peanuts, a naturally fermented umami base, and just the right amount of heat. Drizzle over noodles, rice, or anything you like.
TWELVE TRIANGLES, CROISSANT BISCOTTI:
Thinly sliced pieces of croissant are dipped into a mix of cream, sugar, and salt, then slowly caramelised in the oven until they become sweet and crispy. These taste like a cross between caramel popcorn and cereal, and have the moreish quality of crisps. Perfect alongside a coffee.
AMIE, SPARKLING CRÉMANT DE LIMOUX FROM SOUTH FRANCE:
A crisp, sparkling Crémant, made in the same ‘traditional’ method as Champagne. This ‘brut’ is delicate with opulent acidity, citrus notes and creamy flavours on the finish. It is made grapes from vines that are over 40 years old, in the historic appellation of Limoux in southern France. Pairs well with seafood, scallops and aperitifs.
RUSTLE SNACKS, HAND-COOKED SMOKY SWEET PAPRIKA CRISPS:
These are generously seasoned, sweet and smoky paprika crisps, with a satisfyingly crunchy texture. Paprika is a favoured spice amongst chefs globally, and its incredible smoky-sweet flavour dominates in these crisps. HONEST TOIL OLIVE OIL, 2024 HARVEST UNFILTERED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL:
Honest Toil’s unblended extra virgin olive oil is pressed and picked the same day, ensuring optimum freshness. Using cold-pressed koroneiki Greek olives the thick green oil is a result of the sediment from the olive skins and pips. Expect a grassy finish and a peppery kick. Best served drizzled over bruschetta.
