ABOUT THE MAKER

Philip (aka Phitzee) is a London-based cook and food personality on a mission to inspire in and out of the kitchen. With roots in the Balkans, his platform celebrates the region’s flavours with a modern, plant-based twist – from flaky filo and hearty bean stews to baklava and, of course, AJVAR (pronounce eye-var). Philip's vibrant take on this beloved roasted red pepper dip sparked such appetite online that he had no choice but to bring it to the people!
