Philip (aka Phitzee) is a London-based cook and food personality on a mission to inspire in and out of the kitchen. With roots in the Balkans, his platform celebrates the region’s flavours with a modern, plant-based twist – from flaky filo and hearty bean stews to baklava and, of course, AJVAR (pronounce eye-var).
