Philip (also known as Phitzee) is a London based cook and food personality who’s on a mission to inspire people in and out of the kitchen!

As someone with heritage from the Balkans, his platform's are also home to a plethora of food from this region with a modern, plant based twist - think flakey filo pastry, bean stews, baklava and of course AJVAR.

After showcasing the incredible roasted red pepper dip throughout his content, the appetite for people to get their hands on this healthy, vibrant, and delicious spread grew more and more. He had no choice but to make it happen and get it in the hands of the people!
