This recipe is packed full of nutritient-dense nuts and seeds and some certified organic and gluten free oats, and is only sweetened with ground goji berries. This innovative way to sweeten the granola is not only delicious (and subtle!), but also adds a lovely orange hue to the appearance.
This is a softer bake due to the absence of added sweetener. The texture is not dissimilar to a crunchy muesli. The recipe has a total sugar content of 3.5%.
It's perfect mixed with milk for a nutritious, wholesome, energising breakfast.
