Gluten free organic oats are mixed with roasted hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds & dried apple pieces. Raisins add sweetness & cinnamon & vanilla finishes this all off rather nicely! All overnight oat mixes are blended in a processor, which is why they are so quick to make! Great when you forget the night before! HOW TO MAKE: Add around 100/120ml of cold milk/mylk to ½ cup (about 60g) of the mix. Stir lightly and leave to soak. They'll be ready in 5 minutes, or can be left overnight in the fridge.
