This is Sunbird's signature recipe: a delicious, crunchy granola, made with whole cashews, almonds and coconut flakes, tumbled together with assorted seeds and organic gluten free oats, then all baked with Devon honey (straight from the bee keeper) and coconut oil.
It's packed full of nuts and seeds, and only lightly sweetened with honey. Think of it as roasted nuts and seeds, with some added oats.
Enjoy it as a trail mix, a yoghurt- or smoothie bowl-topper, or as you would a cereal with milk.
