Coconut and walnuts are roasted to extract their full flavour and combined with gluten free organic oats, cacao, dates, flax seeds, hemp hearts and sunflower seeds. A bitter chocolatey flavour sensation! HOW TO MAKE: Add around 100/120ml of cold milk/mylk to ½ cup (about 60g) of the mix. Stir lightly and leave to soak. They'll be ready in 5 minutes, or can be left overnight in the fridge.
