A very special chilli oil created with mum all the way from Thailand and Hong Kong. It’s all about the thai aromatics, that make it so additive and fragrant, cooked super slowly to give you jammy confit bits of shallots, garlic and the most aromatic oil, filled with chunks of roasted peanut. Made using high-quality cold-pressed ground-nut oil, because mum is Chinese and “cannot eat bad oil”. Just a little will transform your noodles, rice, eggs, dumplings, veggies and beans.
