To make this seaweed kimchi seasoning, The Korean Pantry's fresh and vibrant vegan kimchi is first dehydrated at low temperatures, to preserve that characteristic, punchy kimchi flavour. The kimchi flakes are then mixed with seaweed and sesame seeds.
It is a product of careful ingredient sourcing, time and artisan methods.
The resulting umami, spicy, nutty seasoning is perfect for the finishing touch to all your favourite dishes. Sprinkle it over rice bowls, noodles, soups, eggs, cheese toasties, salads or poke bowls, for an instant punch of flavour.
ABOUT THE MAKER
The Korean Pantry was founded by Cindy Robert, a pastry chef who learned to make kimchi from Korean mothers and kimchi masters. Through their range of products, the brand wants to share its knowledge of authentic Korean food and support small-scale producers.
