PAYST’s creates handmade curry pastes, stir-fry, and dipping sauces inspired by Thai street food. This vegan Pad Thai sauce uses caramelised gluten-free soy sauce, tamarind, and palm sugar. The result is an intensely sweet, salty and sour flavour. Best served with tofu, bean sprouts and flat rice noodles.

Payst is a London-based brand making Thai-inspired sauces and pastes by chefs from Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, Farang London. The company sources ingredients from farms in Thailand and the UK.
