PAYST came to life after years of exploration into Thai street food. This burnt chilli sauce gets its name from the long red chillies that are roasted over an open flame until sweetened and charred. They add a moreish tingle. Add to soups or lentils.

Payst is a London-based brand making Thai-inspired sauces and pastes by chefs from Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, Farang London. The company sources ingredients from farms in Thailand and the UK.
