Created by a self-proclaimed preserving enthusiast, Miam condiments use whole fruits and vegetables in their jars. This flavourful relish is created using pickled shiitake mushrooms, enoki and oyster mushrooms. Its complex flavour is enhanced by chilli, ginger and soy. Dollop on top of steamed rice.
