ZALMON, VEGAN SMOKED SALMON: A vegan smoked salmon alternative. It is made from a plant-based recipe consisting of carrots in a citrusy marinade. It has a smokey and deep flavour. Best enjoyed in a bagel.

BOMBOM, KIMCHI MAYO: With a blend of kimchi, mayonnaise, garlic and sesame oil; this zingy condiment comes to life. A versatile dipping sauce; it has a rich and creamy flavour. Drizzle over fried chicken and rice.

HARTH CHOCOLATE: WINTER SOLSTICE SPICED HOT CHOCOLATE: Thick and smooth Spanish-style hot chocolate made with organic cocoa powder with a blend of winter spices. Just add 2 tablespoons of hot chocolate powder to 1 cup of your favourite milk, heat over low until thick and bubbling, and enjoy!

OTHERLY, SALTED CARAMEL OAT MILK CHOCOLATE: This salted caramel flavour is made of Colombian fine flavour cocoa beans and gluten-free oat powder. It has a creamy texture and defined caramel flavour. Enjoy with a cup of tea and a biscuit.

FIELD BLENDS, SOY-GINGER-SESAME SEASONING: This seasoning blend is deep with umami, savoury notes, finishing with a fiery kick from ginger and chilli. Use as a noodle topper, poultry or salmon seasoner, or to finish a rice bowl.

GYMKHANA FINE FOODS, TANDOORI ONION CHUTNEY: A spicy, sweet and sour Indian chutney. To make it, the chefs grind tandoor-roasted Madras onions by hand, then temper them with black onion seeds, also known as kalonji, to make a deeply flavoursome and savoury chutney that's addictive and moreish.

PAYST, VEGAN PAD THAI SAUCE: PAYST creates handmade curry pastes, stir-fry, and dipping sauces inspired by Thai street food. This vegan Pad Thai sauce uses caramelised gluten-free soy sauce, tamarind, and palm sugar. The result is an intensely sweet, salty and sour flavour. Best served with tofu, bean sprouts and flat rice noodles.

HARRY'S NUT BUTTER, VEGAN CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES - HAZELNUT & CACAO: A vegan truffle made from the finest dark chocolate. The chocolate ganache is perfectly smooth and loaded with hazelnut pieces and raw nibs of cacao for a bitter crunch. You're gonna love it.
