Shatta is a traditional, naturally-fermented chilli condiment from Palestine. Shatta Jam, however, is not traditional at all! This unique take on a chilli jam is sweet, tart, aromatic, and very addictive. It makes a memorable addition to a cheeseboard, in a toastie, mixed into a salad dressing, served along fried food or with pan-fried halloumi. It's a must-try for anyone who enjoys a spicy-sweet combination.
Fil creates all-natural artisanal shatta; a traditional Palestinian condiment made from naturally fermented chilli peppers. Everything is made by hand using fresh ingredients. The brand is on a mission to spread the word about shatta.
