This is the original Fil Shatta recipe. Shatta is a traditional, naturally-fermented chilli condiment from Palestine.
This Bird's Eye chilli version offers a subtle sweetness, a dash of medium spiciness and a burst of freshness. A perfectly balanced blend that complements any dish!
It's especially great paired with eggs, dolloped onto pizza, mixed into tomato pasta or added into fragrant curries.
