Shatta is a traditional, naturally-fermented chilli condiment from Palestine.
In this habanero version, you will discover the floral and fruity essence of the Habanero chilli, all heightened by the fermentation process. It packs an exotic fruit-forward flavour, with an extra spicy kick to follow.
Whether it's paired with grilled chicken, fish, cheeses, or mixed into salad dressings, it adds incredible tang and flavour. Let it really come into its own at your next barbecue.
Fil creates all-natural artisanal shatta; a traditional Palestinian condiment made from naturally fermented chilli peppers. Everything is made by hand using fresh ingredients. The brand is on a mission to spread the word about shatta.
