To celebrate the Chinese New Year, Year of the Dragon (龙 lóng) enjoy a beautiful limited edition clay pot gift hamper.

From Amy Poon: "Going back to our roots, my parents have been making wind-dried meats to old family recipes since 1970. Wind-dried meat claypot rice is one of my favourite things to eat and I would like to encourage you all to try this at home."

HOW TO USE IT:

Simply place the wind-dried meats on top of the rice as the water evaporates, cover with a lid and gradually turn down the heat. The steam from the rice cooks the wind-dried meats, and the meat juices trickle down and form a crispy base at the bottom of the pot.
