Family business Poon’s is loved for their signature Chinese sauces and wind-cured meats. They have been producing this wind-dried bacon since 1970 using an old family recipe. Deep in flavour, it is cured in soya sauce, spices and Chinese wine, then air-dried. Add to stir fries after steaming.

Poon's London is a Chinese food brand selling fresh wontons, sauces, and traditional wind-dried meats. The brand has a long culinary family history and is now under the helm of Amy Poon, daughter of founder Bill Poon who has revived the family business with a series of pop-ups in London.
