Belly of the Beast’s small-batch condiments are inspired by New York City subway rolls and delicatessens. This golden mustard uses fresh pale ale from Newcastle’s Almasty Brewing Company. The outcome is a hoppy, floral finish with a flavour punch from the mustard seeds. Stir through mash or as a glaze on meats.
