Once this has been left for weeks to ferment, it's cut through their house made Marinara Sauce to make a delightfully sharp, fresh and invigorating hot sauce coming in at a breezy 6/10 on the heat scale. Use it on your breakfast eggs, add a splash to your bloody Mary, mix it with mayo for a spicy seafood dip or with patatas bravas. Don't be afraid to apply it liberally.
