Founded by mother and daughter duo Xien and Jolene, they use family recipes to create their much-loved condiments. Fresh and dried red chilli, lemongrass and fresh and crispy shallots give the oil a flavourful finish.

ABOUT THE MAKER

Mama Yu is a Malaysian Chinese chilli oil company founded by Xien and her chef mum, Jolene. Together, the pair make a range of handmade oils using recipes passed down through their family. The brand started as a kitchen experiment with 30 jars and a single flavour sold exclusively online through DELLI.
