SANDRIDGE BARTON, 'RED BILLY’ FIELD BLEND RED WINE (DEVON 2023): A light, low-intervention red from South Devon’s experimental “Don’t Feed the Ponies” range. Aromas of red berries and apple lead to delicate flavours of sour cherry and cranberry. Serve lightly chilled for a fresh, fruit-forward glass. ABV: 9%.
BELLY OF THE BEAST 'HELLO PICKLE' BREAD AND BUTTER PICKLE: Based in the North East of England, Belly of the Beast creates New York-inspired sub rolls and condiments. This is a vegan, Guild of Fine Food award winning, sweet and sour, cucumber-based pickle. Crunchy, tangy and the perfect introductory pickle gateway drug. Enjoy on a cheese board.
SOFFLES BLACK PEPPER & SEA SALT PITTA CHIPS: Soffles are all-natural pitta chips that pair perfectly with beers and dips. This flavour combines black pepper, olive oil and sea salt. They have a delicious crunch thanks to being oven-roasted. Dip into hummus and tzatziki.
THE REAL CURE SLICED FENNEL & WHITE PEPPER SALAMI: The Real Cure is a Dorset-based brand crafting artisanal British charcuterie using traditional curing methods and sustainably-sourced British meat. Their Fennel & White Pepper Salami is a handcrafted salami made from free-range British pork, infused with fragrant fennel and white pepper for a robust flavour. It has a mild sweetness from the fennel, complemented by a subtle heat from the white pepper. Serve it on a charcuterie board, paired with crusty bread and cheese.
