BELLY OF THE BEAST “HELLO PICKLE" : BREAD AND BUTTER PICKLE: Based in the North East of England, Belly of the Beast creates New York-inspired sub rolls and condiments. This is a vegan, Guild of Fine Food award winning, sweet and sour, cucumber-based pickle. Crunchy, tangy and the perfect introductory pickle gateway drug. Not sure about condiments? You will be after trying this! Enjoy on a cheese board, with salt beef, on a hot dog, in a cheese toastie or on the side of any dish that needs a little pizazz.

THE REAL CURE SLICED FENNEL & WHITE PEPPER SALAMI: The Real Cure is a Dorset-based brand crafting artisanal British charcuterie using traditional curing methods and sustainably-sourced British meat. Their Fennel & White Pepper Salami is a handcrafted salami made from free-range British pork, infused with fragrant fennel and white pepper for a robust flavour. It has a mild sweetness from the fennel, complemented by a subtle heat from the white pepper. SANDRIDGE BARTON FIGGIE DANIEL': COL FONDO SPARKLING WINE, DEVON 2022: Sandridge Barton's Don’t Feed The Ponies is an experimental range of low intervention wines from South Devon. An energetic wine with a lively spritz. This wine is unfiltered and unfined and contains the lees in the bottle. Col Fondo means 'with the bottom' in Italian, referring to the leftover lees sediment. Light and spritzy with green apple, lemon rind, elderflower and yeasty characters. Perfectly paired with seafood. ABV: 11.5%
