ISLE OF WIGHT TOMATOES’, SPICY AIOLI: “This aioli is super rich and garlicky—it’s got loads of red jalapeño and peppers so it packs a punch. Not only is it the perfect dip for crispy chips, it’s also great in sandwiches.”

MILK, TONKATSU SAUCE: “I’m not a big fan of barbecue sauce but I do love the Japanese take on it—tonkatsu sauce. It's sweet and savoury with lotsa umami. It’s also slightly tangy which makes it the perfect sauce to accompany a crispy chicken katsu or fried egg.”
