Cranston Pickles is a small-batch, hand-crafted preserve maker blending local produce with a touch of Japanese inspiration from Fiona's lifelong pickle passion. For Cranston Pickles, each season brings a new jam with fresh ginger and miso, balancing sweetness for both sweet and savoury delights. Swirl it into porridge, dollop on yoghurt and muesli, or spread on sourdough. It’s also fab on a cheeseboard or stirred into gravy!

ABOUT THE MAKER

Cranston Pickles is your local little pickle factory! Making a range of preserves by hand in small batches - using fresh, locally sourced and seasonal produce. Fiona set up Cranston Pickles from a long time love of pickles, which started when her grandparents taught her how to pickle eggs. After falling in love with food in Japan it began an ongoing love and research of Japanese cuisines - an influence you can see in a lot of their preserves.
