Cranston Pickles is a small-batch, hand-crafted preserve maker blending local produce with a touch of Japanese inspiration from Fiona's lifelong pickle passion. Cranston’s Kimchi Chutney was dreamt up when fridge space for traditional kimchi ran low – all the bold flavours of kimchi, but as a smoky, less-spicy chutney. Brilliant with eggs, in a rice bowl, a cracking cheese toastie, or paired with BBQ.
ABOUT THE MAKER
Cranston Pickles is your local little pickle factory! Making a range of preserves by hand in small batches - using fresh, locally sourced and seasonal produce. Fiona set up Cranston Pickles from a long time love of pickles, which started when her grandparents taught her how to pickle eggs. After falling in love with food in Japan it began an ongoing love and research of Japanese cuisines - an influence you can see in a lot of their preserves.
