ISLE OF WIGHT TOMATOES, OAK-SMOKED TOMATO BALSAMIC VINEGAR: Prepared in small batches by expert hands, oak-smoked tomatoes are steeped in Balsamic of Modena over several weeks to imbue all of that smoky sweetness. You get the classic balsamic sweet-tangy flavour, but with a real infusion of ripe tomatoes. 

HALEN MÔN, OAK SMOKED SEA SALT: Halen Môn is a Welsh translation of Anglesey Sea, which nods to the brand’s sea salt origins. Pure Sea Salt has been slowly smoked over oak chipping to create this flavourful blend. It is rich in umami and a great addition throughout the kitchen. Add to barbecued meats or grilled vegetables.

MISO TASTY, ORGANIC SHIRO WHITE MISO PASTE: This is a light, mildly sweet yet savoury paste made from fermented soybeans and rice, with a delicate umami flavour. Ideal for light dishes like soups and salad dressings, or experiment with white miso paste to bring salty depth and richness to bakes such as ice cream and brownies.

THE WASABI COMPANY, ORGANIC SOY SAUCE: This is a premium quality soy sauce made from whole organic soya beans, aged in traditional cedar casks for a minimum of one year, according to a recipe passed down through four generations of the Yugeta family. Use as seasoning for sushi, sashimi, and noodle or rice dishes, or as a savoury marinade for vegetables and meat.

ORTIZ, ANCHOVIES IN OLIVE OIL: Once they have fully matured, Ortiz fillet the anchovies one by one using a knife and pack them carefully by hand in olive oil. Thanks to this meticulous preparation process, the anchovies have a compact texture and intense, savoury flavour. Use to add depth and seasoning to pasta sauces, salad dressings or simply paired with sourdough and butter.

OLIVES ET AL, LILLIPUT CAPERS: As the name suggests, Olives Et Al stocks delicious olives alongside other condiments inspired by a trip to the Mediterranean. These Lilliput Capers are Spanish in origin. They have a tangy flavour that packs a punch. A key ingredient in iconic dishes such as chicken piccata and Niçoise salad, or a garnish on a cream cheese, capers are a vital pantry essential for creative home cooks. 

THE ORIGINAL BLACK GARLIC, BLACK GARLIC PASTE: A smooth, rich umami flavour with sweet, caramelised undertones, perfect for enhancing sauces, marinades, or dressings. Simply stir into your favourite dishes for a savoury boost, or spread on toast for a unique twist on garlic bread.

CLEARSPRING, UMAMI VEGETABLE STOCK: A gluten-free, concentrated stock made from the finest naturally savoury ingredients such as fermented miso paste and seaweed, without the addition of yeast extracts. This versatile stock adds a rich, savoury depth to soups, stews and broths.
