Somerset Charcuterie is committed to producing the best charcuterie using traditional European methods, but with a British twist, and with the best of Somerset ingredients, where possible. Everything made by hand and in small batches.

Andy & James were hobby charcutiers for years. Andy grew up on a pig farm and James is a member of a small village cooperative of 6 families who raise livestock. They met by chance, and realised their shared passion for curing meats and making salami, they came up with the idea of starting a business together. After testing on family and friends, Somerset Charcuterie was officially born eight years ago.
