Somerset Cider Chorizo (Chopped)

A traditional Spanish-style, spicy, smoked paprika-flavoured chorizo, but with the addition of delicious local Somerset cider, to bring a flavour of the West Country to this classic ingredient. These come chopped and ready for snacking, or for cooking.

The tang developed during the fermentation process, with the sweetness of the cider, coupled with a mild heat from chilli and the smoky paprika make this a unique and delicious take on a traditional chorizo.

It's perfect for adding umami depth in homecooked Spanish dishes, pasta and rice dishes.
