The drinks are all made in-house by a team of expert food and drink professionals in a purpose-built facility in Melbourne, Australia: one of the epicentres of the gastronomic world. NON is an intricate balancing act of flavour, built from scratch with key notes of floral, tannin, salinity & acidity and a bold, minimalist design. The spark behind NON actually took place here in London, when Aaron's wife got a non-alc pairing at The Clove Club.
