Toasted Cinnamon & Yuzu Non-Alcoholic White Wine Alternative

This is a bright, tart and balanced non-alcoholic wine alternative, perfect for summer parties, lunches, or casual get-togethers with friends.

To make this wine, oranges are slowly dehydrated for 48 hours to leave a concentrated, caramelised and candied orange flavour. Bitterness and tannins come from a light infusion of the orange pith, with the orange skin bringing a smooth mouthfeel. Yuzu, a unique Japanese citrus fruit, brings a tangy, sharp flavour, which is balanced out with the lingering undertones of toasted cinnamon.

Pair it with miso-glazed vegetables, antipasti, or fresh seafood. Best served chilled, in a wine glass.
