Cherry & Coffee Sparkling Non-Alcoholic Wine Alternative

This is a deeply flavoursome wine alternative, with overtones of rich dark fruits, a spiced nose, and undertones of coffee. It's a sophisticated tipple, ideal for dinner parties, an afternoon pick-me-up, or cosy nights in.

This wine is made by gently braising cherries and spices for 2 hours, to create a jammy blend of bloomed spices and caramelised stone fruit. Cold brew coffee brings a chocolate finish and adds tannins. Verjus (unripe grape juice) rounds out the sweetness with an acidic note.

Pair it with dark chocolate, stuffed mushrooms, or charcuterie. Best served chilled, in a wine glass.
