CRUST began as a food-writing substack, before Eliza (eggsand) Bacon's friends booked a church hall behind her back and forced her to run a Supper Club. Since then, she's hosted 5 sell-out supper clubs in venues includuing South London Louie and Peckham Cellars and run a taco stall. This September, Eggsand wanted to up her game and went to work at Inver, an award winning restaurant on the coast of Loch Fyne.
