Originally used in dishes at their Maltby Street Market stall, NêN’s signature Sa Tế — a bold Vietnamese chilli oil — is finally in a jar. Made with lemongrass, galangal, garlic, shallots, and spices, it’s their original, small-batch recipe. Named after the founder’s mom, NêN means “should”, as in: you should try it.
