BOMBOM, KIMCHI MAYO: With a blend of kimchi, mayonnaise, garlic and sesame oil; this zingy condiment comes to life. A versatile dipping sauce; it has a rich and creamy flavour. Drizzle over fried chicken and rice.

FIELD BLENDS, CHRISTMAS HERB-MAPLE SEASONING BLEND: This Christmas blend is inspired by nostalgic flavours of Christmas dinners with organic sage and onion. The combination of sweet maple and savoury herb notes are perfect for seasoning up winter favourites like pigs in blankets or roasted spuds.

GYMKHANA FINE FOODS, TANDOORI ONION CHUTNEY: A spicy, sweet and sour Indian chutney. To make it, the chefs grind tandoor-roasted Madras onions by hand, then temper them with black onion seeds, also known as kalonji, to make a deeply flavoursome and savoury chutney that's addictive and moreish.
