Crossover Blendery works seasonally; brewing in the colder months and fruiting in the warm. Brewed with malted barley and raw wheat, this beer has been spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels before being re-fermented on yellow Pershore plums from Worcestershire. Enjoy its light fruitiness. Best served with friends. ABV: 5.9%.
