Mei Mei’s Kaya Coconut Jam is a luscious coconut curd, traditionally known as jam in Singapore, made with fresh pandan leaves, premium coconut, and eggs. Its natural pandan extract gives it a vibrant green hue, while the flavour is a rich blend of sweet coconut, buttery biscuit, and fragrant vanilla. Best enjoyed slathered on toast with a thick slab of butter, it’s also perfect on pancakes, in cakes, or simply eaten by the spoonful.
