Ben Tish is a celebrated British chef known for his modern take on Mediterranean cuisine. His muhammara is a versatile Mediterranean dip, made with roasted red peppers, walnuts, and spices, offering a rich, slightly smoky flavour with a touch of sweetness. Ideal for dipping flatbreads or vegetables, it also works well as a marinade for grilled meats or fish. Ben recommends mixing in extra olive oil and using it to baste chicken while roasting, or stirring it through wild rice with fresh herbs for a simple yet satisfying dish.

Classically trained with over 20 years experience, Ben spent his formative career working with Michelin starred chefs such as Jason Atherton and Stephen Terry at various ground breaking London restaurants, learning classical techniques along with inspired culinary innovation.
