Novice Kitchen is the brainchild of Nigerian-born Niyi, creating bold, handcrafted condiments that empower home cooks with global flavour. This trio bundle brings together a mix of heat, umami and sweetness from across Asia and the tropics. The Sichuan Crunch Chilli Oil blends Korean and Chinese influences with hot Sichuan peppercorns and sweet crispy onions. The Balinese Jam is a sambal-style condiment made using traditional Indonesian recipes, offering a bold balance of sweet, salty and sour. Tropical Heat is a mango and scotch bonnet hot sauce with a fruity, fiery finish. Drizzle over noodles, fried chicken, or use as a marinade or dipping sauce.
