A bold, fiery flavour bomb inspired by Malaysia’s vibrant street food scene. This sambal blends aromatic shallots, ginger, and garlic with a kick of chilli heat, rounded off by soy sauce, curry spices, and a huge umami depth. Perfect for stirring into noodles, spreading on toast, or adding a spicy twist to any dish.
